Delivery

a.    Delivery of the Orders shall be made to the address specified by you in the order.
b.    The Company reserves the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for the sale/delivery of the Orders to any other party as it may from time to time decide without giving notice of the same to you. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal or courier services.
c.     The Company endeavours to process Orders within 3 business days. Once processed, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days (Excluding public holidays and weekends) However, any dates quoted for delivery of the Orders are approximate only and delays may occur. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
d.     For Orders which have been placed on the same date with the same user’s information and address, they will be shipped and/or delivered in single parcel.
e.     You or someone at the the address specified by you will have to sign receipt for your Order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the local post office or parcel collection center from which you can collect your parcel.
f.    If you fail to take delivery of the products and/or services (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the your reasonable control or by reason of the Company’s fault) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Company, The Company shall be entitled to:
i.    charge on a postage fee of RM10 per delivery for second delivery onwards;
ii.    sell the products and/or services at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for the excess over the price under the relevant Order provided the price has been paid in cleared funds in full or charge you for any shortfall below the price under the relevant order; or
iii.    terminate the relevant order and claim for damages. 
g.    Delivery and shipping costs within Malaysia are borne by the company (minimum order limit RM200), orders below RM200 will pay a RM10 shipping fee. For delivery and shipping costs outside Malaysia, all costs shall be borne by you alone and paid when placing the order.
