Returning products to AU ESTHETIC MANAGEMENT SDN BHD


Return & Exchange

a.       In the event the products you received are defective, damaged, faulty, materially different from the description provided by the Company and/or do not match the agreed specification or quantity as stipulated in the relevant Order, you may submit an application for return and exchange to auesthetichq@gmail.com or contact the Company at Wechat: ausdnbhd  within forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt of the products. The Company reserves the right not to process any notice or request that is sent or delivered to the Company after the forty-eight (48) hours period. 

b.       Please provide the following information and details to the Company in order to process the application or your request, failing which the Company reserves the right not to process the application or your request:-

i.         your personal details and member identification number;

ii.        the proof of delivery and the tracking number;

iii.       the details of the Order; and

iv.       photos and/or video of the relevant products.  

c.        Upon the Company’s approval of your application to return and exchange the products, you shall return the products in new and unused condition and in its original packaging to the Company’s address at NO 20 , JALAN EKOPERNIAGAAN 2/8 , TAMAN EKOPERNIAGAAN 81100 JOHOR BAHRU . during the Company’s business hours. Any cost and expense incurred on returning of the products and delivery of exchanged products to you shall be solely borne by you. 

d.       The Company reserves the right to refuse the receipt of the returned products and reject the exchange of products if the products are not returned to the Company in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
